What You’ll Do

• Handle customer calls (incoming and outgoing) and follow up with new leads

• Maintain and update our customer database

• Track and manage product inventory

• Assist customers visiting our showroom & warehouse

• Organize and coordinate shipments (UPS & trucking)

• Learn about our product line and how it is used in the restaurant industry

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); strong computer skills

• Experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus

• Fluent in Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is a big advantage)

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• A team player who is also comfortable working independently
