Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer (Mid-Level) with 2–4 years of experience to support the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, admins, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security based on best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, admins, QA, and other developers to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Implement role-based access controls, authentication, and data security measures.
Write unit tests and participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Document system architecture, configuration, and custom development logic.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and continuously apply best practices in Salesforce development and DevOps.
