Job Title: Java Developer (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, knowledge of modern frameworks, and a good understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.

• Work with Spring Boot / Spring MVC frameworks to build REST APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business teams in an Agile environment.

• Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.

• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and Data Structures.

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or JavaScript).
