We are Hiring – Business Analyst (3–7 Years Experience)

Looking for skilled Business Analysts to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Must have: Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, User Stories, Agile/Scrum

Strong skills in SQL, Data Analysis, and MS Excel/Power BI

Good to have: Domain knowledge (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.), JIRA/Confluence

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with the IT Software team to understand challenges, gather requirements, and provide effective solutions.
Utilize tools such as Ab Initio, Informatica, and ASP .Net to manage and interpret data.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and skills. Both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract terms are available.

Qualifications

2-7 years of experience in the IT Software industry.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT Software/Services.
Familiarity with Ab Initio, Informatica, ASP .Net, C SHARP, VB.net, Web Services.

Skills

Ab Initio: Experience in data integration and management.
Informatica: Proficiency in data integration services.
ASP .Net: Skilled in building robust and efficient applications.
C SHARP: Proficient in developing software using the C# programming language.
VB.net: Experience in building software using the VB.NET programming language.
Web Services: Expertise in creating and maintaining web services.
