With a salary range of $95,000 - $98,000 yearly, you will be generously compensated for your skills and expertise. This role is open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and individuals with H4, L2, STEM, and OPT status. Both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract options are available.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst in our IT software team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering and defining requirements, and facilitating user acceptance testing. You will liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business needs. You will also be involved in project planning and management.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 - $98,000 per annum. This is dependent on your skills, experience, and performance during the interview process. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to enhance your compensation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Analysis within the IT Software industry
• Strong understanding of IT Software and Services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Skills

• Proficiency in Ab Initio and Informatica for data integration
• Experience in ASP .Net, C SHARP, and VB.net for application development
• Strong understanding of Web Services for creating software systems
