Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks for multiple operating entities.

• Prepare and review loan paperwork and support financing activities.

• Monitor cash flow and oversee bank account activity across multiple entities.

• Assist in opening new bank accounts and setting up corporate structures.

• Handle corporation filings, registrations, and entity creation as required.

• Track expenses, revenues, and provide management with timely financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate filing requirements.

• Work closely with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and scaling financial systems as new restaurants open.

Qualifications

• CPA license (active or in process) preferred; strong accounting background required.

• 2–5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience; experience with multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, or franchising a plus.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; familiarity with financial modeling preferred.

• Knowledge of corporate filings, banking processes, and loan documentation.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple entities and accounts.
