We are looking for a Tax & Accounting Professional with 3–4 years of experience in U.S. or Indian taxation and accounting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of tax preparation, bookkeeping, and client communication, along with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (U.S. or India-based).
Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Assist in tax planning and compliance activities for clients.
Communicate professionally with clients to collect and review financial information.
Collaborate effectively with the Dallas head office team to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–4 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, or bookkeeping (U.S. or Indian background acceptable).
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and tax software (such as Drake, ProSeries, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a virtual office setup.
