Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, trading, and machine learning, with a willingness to learn and work with platforms like NinjaTrader, TradingView, MT4/MT5, or Python-based systems. This role involves developing cutting-edge trading tools, indicators, and strategies, offering opportunities for hands-on experience and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Optimize Trading Systems:

Design and implement trading strategies, indicators, and automation tools for platforms such as NinjaTrader, TradingView, MT4/MT5, or Python-based systems.

Collaborate with traders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Machine Learning Integration:

Assist in building predictive models using techniques like Random Forest, XGBoost, and LSTM.

Train and refine models using historical trading data, incorporating features like price, volume, VWAP, and order flow.

Automate and Integrate Trading Processes:

Develop automated trading systems and integrate them with broker APIs (e.g., Interactive Brokers, Binance, Alpaca).

Implement robust trade execution and risk management mechanisms.

Feature Engineering and Data Analysis:

Analyze trading data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.

Design and implement features for predictive modeling and strategy back testing.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in trading platforms and machine learning frameworks.

Learn and adapt to new APIs, tools, and techniques as required.

Debugging and Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in trading systems and live environments.

Maintain and enhance the performance of existing tools and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as:

C# (for NinjaTrader development).

Pine Script (for Trading View).

Python (preferred for machine learning and API integration).

MQL4/MQL5 (for MT4/MT5 development).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in financial markets, trading, and technology.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new platforms and tools.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of trading concepts such as indicators, order flow, and risk management.

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Experience with financial data analysis or algorithmic trading systems.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
