HR Administrator Job Description
Job title: Human Resources
Location: Jacksonville, FL- Onsite
Roles and Responsibilities
· Maintaining candidate databases and following up with applicants.
· Organizing orientation programs and documentation for new hires.
· Preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
· Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
· Handling sensitive information, including payroll, contracts, and personal data.
· Assisting in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
· Ensuring employees are aware of and comply with company policies
· Managing employee benefits such as insurance, leaves, and retirement plans.
· Addressing payroll queries from employees.
· Managing HR correspondence (letters, memos, etc.).
· Coordinating meetings, agendas, and HR-related travel arrangements.
