Full Time Shift Manager Jobs in RaceTrac Allen, TX

RaceTrac is looking for a dynamic and motivated Shift Leader to support the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing operations and profitability for a single store during designated shifts. This role is essential to delivering RaceTrac’s mission: to make people's lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, quality food, clean environments, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members
• Handle guest concerns with urgency and professionalism, escalating as necessary
• Ensure all food items are available, fresh, and prepared according to company standards
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local food safety regulations
• Promote a culture of cleanliness and food safety in all food preparation areas
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store throughout the shift
• Perform regular cleaning duties and ensure equipment and prep areas meet brand standards
• Uphold RaceTrac’s image through consistent attention to detail and cleanliness

• Lead by example with a servant-leader mentality, clear communication, and a focus on team success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (in progress or completed)
• 2–3 years of overall work experience preferred
• 1+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform job duties that require bending, standing, and reaching for extended periods
• May be required to obtain and maintain applicable food handler and/or alcohol server permits, depending on local regulations
