Administrative Manager Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified administrative support professional to assist with daily operations activities.
The position will focus on the following duties:
• Enter information into the website to initiate and maintain payments
• Answer and route phone calls from tenants and vendors to the appropriate contact
• Communicate with participants via phone/email about any missing info/payment terms/adjustments.
• Maintain and update insurance certificate files for all performing work at the health care business.
Education/Experience:
• Exceptional computer skills - MS Office
• 2-3 years of administrative experience in a medical office environment
• Excellent customer service
• Strong ability to work independently; Ability to research and problem solve
• Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented. Needs to be able to multi-task and work efficiently and quickly.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of two years of office
• Good Credit and valid driving license
