Full Stack Engineer Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java/.NET + React/Angular)
Visa Requirement: H1B Holders Only
Location: Remote/Onsite as applicable
Experience: 5+ Years

Position Overview:
We are actively hiring a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in backend development using either Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core, paired with strong expertise in building rich and dynamic UIs using React.js or Angular 10+. This role requires someone who can contribute across the entire software development life cycle, from initial design through to deployment and support.

Role Responsibilities:

Design and implement backend services using Java 8/11/17 with Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
Develop and enhance responsive front-end interfaces with React.js or Angular frameworks.
Build and consume RESTful services for seamless client-server communication.
Collaborate within agile teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write modular, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in peer code reviews, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Ensure codebase quality through unit testing and integration testing.
Optimize performance and scalability for enterprise-level web applications.

Key Technologies & Skills:

Backend Stack:

Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
REST APIs

Frontend Stack:

Angular 10+, React.js
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Bootstrap, Material UI
Redux or NgRx (a plus)

DevOps & Tools:

Git, Jenkins, Agile/Scrum methodologies
CI/CD practices
Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure (preferred)
Docker/Kubernetes familiarity is a bonus

Databases:

Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB)

Testing Tools:

JUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Cypress, or similar frameworks

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in full stack development
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

Background in microservices-based architectures
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to performance tuning and load testing practices
