We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Coordinator to support our Property Manager in handling day-to-day maintenance needs for residential/commercial rental properties. You’ll coordinate repair requests, manage vendors, and help ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and schedule repairs
• Communicate with vendors and contractors
• Track maintenance issues and follow up to completion
• Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and property inspections
• Maintain records and update property management software (Appfolio)

Qualifications:

• Experience in property maintenance coordination or similar role
• Organized, responsive, and good with communication
• Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repair workflows
• Familiarity with Appfolio or similar software a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
