??Key Responsibilities: Design and implementautomation frameworksfor BFSI platforms (web and API), Ensure full CI/CD pipeline integration usingJenkins, Git, and Docker, PerformSQL validationsand backend test scripting, Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads, Own test planning, execution, and defect reporting inJIRA, Generatetest reports and metricsfor leadership using tools like Allure or similar, Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.

Job Overview

Technovera is looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Texas City, TX. The candidate will play a vital role in our IT Software department, ensuring the high quality of our products and services. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving generative AI.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry-best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Working with the development team to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
• Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid work visa.
• Minimum of 2 years, but no more than 10 years, of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

• Proficient in Java, SQL, QA, Selenium WebDriver, Git, REST, and Cucumber.
• Experience with Software Quality Assurance with Generative AI.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
