Fine Jewelry Production Manager Jobs in Nivelle.nyc Carle Place, NY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Manager to join our fine jewelry wholesale company. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewelry production management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

•Oversee all aspects of jewelry production, from incoming materials to outgoing finished products

•Manage inventory, including parts and materials

•Implement and maintain an efficient labeling system for all items

•Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs at our Manhattan offices [required travel by train to NYC and back 2-4 times per week or as needed]

•Communicate directly with factory workers and suppliers

•Ensure quality control throughout the production process

•Track production timelines and meet deadlines

Requirements:

•3-5 years of experience in jewelry production management

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

•Knowledge of fine jewelry production processes and materials

•Proficiency in inventory management systems

•Willingness to travel to Manhattan offices regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience working with / counting / assorting diamonds

•Understanding of gemstones and precious metals

•Familiarity with Quickbooks / invoicing / entering bills

Benefits:
