Pay:

• $22/hour + tips
• 40 hours of yearly PTO 
• Raise offered 6 months of standards being met
• Bonuses offered when labor cost percents are met 
  
  

Specific requirements include:

• 1 year management experience minimum
• Valid OLCC and food handlers permit
• Flexible and open schedule
• Willingness to work unscheduled shifts when needed
• Ability to effectively and professionally manage staff 
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone
• Ability to stay calm and problem solve quickly under pressure
• Basic money handling and math skills
  
  

Job responsibilities include:

• Day to day oversight of all FOH & BOH operations and guest needs
• Upkeep cleanliness of the entire restaurant
• Employee scheduling, hiring, and firing
• Employee management
• Sustain employee performance and give constructive guidance when necessary
• Weekly ordering of food products
• POS problem solving
• General problem solving skills
• Count daily cash drop, and deposit cash weekly (at a bank that s walking distance)
• Weekly/ bi weekly meetings with owner
• Ability to keep an eye on and adjust scheduling according to sales (labor cost monitoring)
• Strategize ways to boost sales
