Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 1–3 years of experience to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, data visualization, and programming in Python or R, as well as familiarity with cloud and data engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models and statistical algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to derive insights and guide data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
Visualize findings and communicate results effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Deploy models into production using MLOps practices and monitor performance over time.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout all stages of the data science lifecycle.
Utilize cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable data processing and model deployment.
