Front End Developer Job Description

This is not a traditional developer role, but rather it sits in the Digital group and part of our marketing and sales channel. We architect, build and maintain the Client's website as it pertains to UX, UI and their design system.

What you will be doing:

Working closely between our business, development, and design teams to integrate and improve our design system
Implementing design tokens in Figma and rolling out new themes
Looking for areas to improve operational efficiency and ways to reduce time from design to site authoring
Creating and maintaining a custom Figma plugin
Spinning up small proofs of concepts to test viability of new approaches

What we need from you:

Minimum of 5 years experience in front end development
Advanced knowledge of React
Understanding of design tokens
Working knowledge of Figma
Excellent communication skills
Experience using brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems

Extra credit if you:

Have used AEM in the past
Have working knowledge of Tokens Studio
Have a GitHub account

Pay: $113,171.00 - $120,000.00 per year
