POSITION SUMMARY:

• Global Mobility Services is looking for smart and enthusiastic professional to be part of our sales and operations team. The professional will be responsible to provide account management and build long-term relationships with existing and new client accounts in IT Services covering IT Software, IT Hardware and Recruiting. Job duties would include,
• Responsible for vendor management and contract renewals including paper work compliances, insurance and updating company documents.
• Responsible for all the customer needs, technical queries resolution and management of projects.
• Act as liaison between customer needs and the technical staff in order to translate the business problem of customers into technical resolution.
• Identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

Project Management:

• Develop project plans, budgets and monitored projects in terms of quality, cost and schedule in order to evaluate and forecast future planning.
• Responsible for submitting project proposals including the use of technology involved, hardware, time and cost projections and have experience working on RFP.
• Managed, scheduled and time lined the project as Project Manager ensuring timely completion of projects deliverables with proper documentation.
• Prepared weekly status reports for the project team, which is used in efficient tracking and monitoring of open issues of the project.
