About the Role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow administration, issue resolution, and end-user support to ensure smooth operations of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for the ServiceNow platform

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues related to ServiceNow

• Assist in configuration of forms, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards

• Support upgrades, patches, and new feature releases in ServiceNow

• Work closely with end users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow modules

• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed

• Document issues, solutions, and technical processes for knowledge sharing
