This is a full-time W2-Permanent position, offering a competitive salary of $110,000 - $125,000 per year.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team in its Scrum adoption.
• Plan Scrum implementations within the organization.
• Oversee Scrum process, coaching the team as needed.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
• Work closely with Product Owners to align team with product vision and goals.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Software industry.
• Must possess a Scrum Master Certification.
• Must be a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, H4, F2).

Skills

• Proficient in Oracle: Experience in database management and architecture.
• JavaScript: Strong knowledge in developing and implementing software applications.
• SQL: Excellent command over database querying and management.
• Agile: Proven ability to work in Agile development environment.

Salary

Competitive salary package between $110,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
