We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to manage, customize, and support Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user management, workflows, automation, reporting, and system enhancements to ensure Salesforce meets business needs effectively.
Manage daily administration of Salesforce CRM (user setup, roles, profiles, permissions).
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Support data management (data import, export, cleansing, and deduplication).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user support tickets.
Ensure Salesforce security, compliance, and best practices.
Assist in Salesforce release updates, testing, and adoption.
Provide training and documentation for end-users.
