Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to transform raw data into actionable insights. The candidate will be responsible for designing dashboards, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making through data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business needs.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and performance of BI solutions.
Assist in creating data models and optimizing queries for performance.
Work closely with data engineers and database administrators to enhance data pipelines.
Document BI solutions, processes, and best practices.
