You’ll be a key part of a team that’s passionate about providing expert service, supporting eye health, and offering stylish and functional eyewear solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver on daily sales goals by ensuring every customer enjoys a personalized and memorable in-store journey.
• Engage with customers to understand their eye care needs and recommend the best eyewear and services.
• Take precise eyewear measurements and help customers select lenses and frames that fit their prescription and style.
• Stay informed about our latest products, promotions, and optical innovations through ongoing training and development.
• Support store operations including inventory restocking, product merchandising, and processing orders for shipment or pick-up.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or patient-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
