FLEX College Prep is seeking an organized and personable People Operations Coordinator to join the team! This position supports various human resources and recruitment functions for all FLEX locations. This is an entry level role, for candidates with an interest in human resources and recruitment!

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (required) in Human Resources, Business, or similar (preferred)
• At least three years of experience in human resource, administrative or office environment (required)
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Ability to communicate with candidates and colleagues in a professional, timely, and concise manner
• Ability to maintain processes, set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Capacity to work independently without close supervision or as part of a team

What you’ll do:

• Coordinating candidates through the application process
• Screening resumes
• Scheduling interviews & skills assessments
• Conduct reference checks
• Sourcing candidates
• Participating in recruitment events and helping recruiter to prepare for recruiting events
• Pre-employment and employment paperwork, reviews and evaluations, etc.
• Scheduling onboarding, training, and meetings
• Providing support for various teams and projects as needed
• Reviewing timesheets; identifying and correcting issues; reinforcing and communicating policies to employees
• Perform additional duties as assigned
