Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an intellectually curious and passionate data practitioner who can interface both internally and with clients to articulate trends, root causes, and identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to clients and internal teams.
Proven experience working directly with clients to understand goals, define KPIs, and develop tailored measurement and reporting plans.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B test panels, with an understanding of campaign learning agendas.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists and data visualization experts, to deliver client-friendly reporting and recommendations.
Strong attention to data accuracy and integrity, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
