Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Own daily store operations and workshop offerings
• Monitor financial performance, retail sales, and workshop revenue
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of staff and instructors
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement
• Develop and deliver marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and displays
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase traffic, and boost profitability
• Plan, promote, and coordinate events, workshops, and community programs
• Maintain store compliance with health & safety regulations
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
• Drive sales through compelling storytelling and value proposition communication
• Track sales, analyze marketing effectiveness, and report insights
• Build partnerships and establish community relationships to expand outreach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of retail management experience (preferably in a creative or service-oriented setting)
