Responsibilities:

• Foster a fun, energetic atmosphere for fans and teammates alike
• Lead the team in delivering “Star Service,” creating memorable, customer-focused shopping experiences that build loyalty
• Continuously build product knowledge and promote merchandise campaigns with enthusiasm
• Utilize strong visual merchandising skills to maintain attractive, inspiring store presentations
• Network, recruit, and hire to maintain staffing levels that support business goals and exceptional service
• Cultivate a team environment focused on empowerment, education, and continuous improvement
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting sales and service standards
• Drive performance through coaching, training, role-playing, and regular feedback
• Celebrate individual and team successes to motivate ongoing growth
• Lead sales efforts that uncover customer needs and train teammates to upsell effectively
• Promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to fans consistently

• Collaborate with the District Manager to meet performance targets and analyze business trends
• Use financial tools to identify opportunities, address challenges, and implement solutions
• Train the team on business acumen to elevate store performance
• Lead meetings to set and achieve store goals and objectives
• Manage payroll to maximize productivity and align with sales goals
• Ensure loss prevention standards are met by minimizing shrink
• Oversee merchandise handling, including receiving, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining backroom organization
• Adapt resourcefully to changes in a fast-paced retail environment
• Pursue personal development to enhance leadership and individual performance
• Build positive relationships across all levels of the team and leadership
• Maintain integrity by adhering to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Proven leadership experience in retail
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Skilled problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• Committed to honesty and integrity in all actions
• Flexible and adaptable with a focus on productivity
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
