Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests, spark conversations, and build connections that feel authentic and fun.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently through our POS system.
• Help with inventory tasks—counting, organizing, and restocking.
• Stay on top of current trends, product details, and boutique promotions so you can inspire guests with style ideas.
• Keep the boutique looking its best—tidy, visually appealing displays, and fully replenished stock.
• Work together with leadership to carry out store goals and tasks that ensure guests always come first.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
