Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Sales Associates to join our team! You'll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, resolving issues, and supporting online order pickups—all while contributing to a positive, team-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Help locate products, answer questions, and suggest solutions
Handle returns and process online order pickups
Support cashier, sales, and merchandising operations
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Stay adaptable and assist with various duties as needed

Flexible availability based on store scheduling needs
Friendly and proactive with a passion for customer service
Able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times
Physically able to lift 10–50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
