As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our store—greeting customers, understanding their style and sizing needs, and helping them build the perfect outfit. Your ability to connect with customers and make them feel welcome will directly impact our success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized styling assistance
• Help outfit customers with shirts, pants, shoes, and accessories
• Offer detailed product information (pricing, fit, color matching, etc.)
• Answer product-related questions and guide purchasing decisions
• Cross-sell and upsell where appropriate
• Keep racks and shelves organized and fully stocked
• Handle merchandise exchanges and returns
• Support team efforts during peak shopping times
• Share promotions and special offers with customers
• Communicate customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay informed about new arrivals and seasonal collections

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing sales preferred
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and men’s wardrobe basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in guiding purchasing decisions and resolving issues
• A customer-first mindset and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
