Full Time Line Cook Jobs in Chickie's and Pete's Malvern, PA

The Line Cook is responsible for the daily preparation, cooking, and plating of food in a safe, efficient, and visually appealing manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
• Perform food prep duties as required by daily operations.
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to quality standards before serving.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Set up workstations following restaurant guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to recipes, portion control, and plating specifications as outlined by Chickie’s & Pete’s Menu Build.
• Restock items throughout the shift to maintain workflow and availability.
• Keep assigned stations clean, organized, and safe during and after each shift.
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperatures on all cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the Expeditor and kitchen team.
• Stay aware of food allergies and take measures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
