Dalwadi Hospitality Management is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the financial health of our hotel management operations by ensuring accurate financial records and supporting key accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in financial reporting.
• Support budget preparation and cost analysis.
• Assist with inventory tracking and management systems.
• Help coordinate permit and license renewals across properties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Hospitality or property management experience is a plus, but not required.
