Experienced Store Manager Jobs in UNTUCKit Austin, TX

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, growing the business, and representing the values that make our store culture unique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and embody our core values in every interaction
• Foster a positive, collaborative store culture that promotes engagement and productivity
• Use UNTUCKit training resources to develop, coach, and empower your team
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and a consistent brand experience
• Manage and motivate your staff to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and share local trend insights with corporate
• Support the Assistant Manager in managing visual merchandising operations
• Oversee all store operations and compliance, including opening/closing procedures
• Handle staff scheduling, hiring, and performance management
• Analyze and act on sales data and expense reports to drive performance
• Champion operational excellence, including budget tracking and ordering processes
• Partner with your market manager to take on higher-level responsibilities and projects
• Adapt to changing priorities with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with POS systems, Apple products, and G-Suite tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter with business acumen and a growth mindset
• Willing and able to work independently and manage a store solo when needed
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
• Commitment to 40 hours/week, 5 days per week
