 We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Service Cashier to join our team. As a key player in our daily operations, you will interact with customers and staff, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint—from greeting visitors to processing payments and supporting clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Process payments for service visits, parts purchases, and sales deposits.
• Answer and route incoming calls using the main telephone system.
• Assist customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Support managers with clerical duties and administrative tasks.
• Accurately file and organize documents and customer records.
• Maintain a strong understanding of department structures and internal procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or Xtime is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with luxury brand clientele.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work on Saturdays.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug test.
