SH Mechanical Inc. is looking for an Office/Personal Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities will be:

• Providing administrative support to project managers and the construction team.
• Maintain project filings and administrative filing systems in the office
• Scanning documents to assist with Accounting Manager
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including taking and distributing minutes.
• Handling emails, screening calls, mail, and shipping
• Booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Cleaning of the office areas, including bathrooms, shop areas, and company equipment
• Purchasing and picking up materials as needed for shop and delivering to job sites
• Run company errands and travel when needed
• As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:
• Run personal errands, such as grocery shopping, etc. as needed for employers
• Overseeing maintenance, deliveries, and repairs for personal household when needed
• Assisting owners personally and handling all personal duties with discretion
• Arranging travel needs for owners when needed
• Proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of the employers

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a REAL ID and pass a Live Scan background check, we work on military bases and state projects
• Adapting to changing priorities and schedules
• Flexible schedule, some OT when needed
