Bridal Store Manager Jobs in Pronovias Austin, TX

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Austin location to deliver a distinctive shopping experience that reflects Pronovias’ high standards. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly and annual store strategies for sales, staffing, and inventory based on Corporate P&L guidelines to meet business targets.
• Report regularly to the Area Manager on store performance and key metrics to support decision-making.
• Plan and oversee daily schedules for appointments, fittings, and store activities, optimizing resources to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage store inventory, monitor shrinkage, and adjust stock orders in line with demand.
• Organize and supervise after-sales services including fittings, deliveries, ironing, and alterations to ensure successful customer experiences.
• Provide professional product advice and consultation to customers, supporting the sales team as needed.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation in line with company standards.
• Lead, organize, and motivate the store team by setting individual and group goals aligned with Pronovias’ sales cycle and service excellence.
• Optimize team schedules to meet business demands effectively.
• Communicate all relevant operational updates to the team, including product, pricing, and system information.
• Recruit, select, and onboard top talent for the store.
• Foster a motivating work environment, addressing issues and conflicts professionally.
• Coordinate team development projects, encouraging growth and recognizing achievements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a retail store, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands.
• Knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear sector is highly valued.
• Positive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
