We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Esthetician/Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic services to our clients and front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Duties:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments
• Perform all front desk duties (Greetings guests, Scheduling and documentation)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Offer retail sales services, including consultations, upsells, and product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client experiences.
• Participate in social media content to promote the business and engage with clients.

Requirements:

• Medspa experience
• Current certification or licensure in the field of esthetics or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in the field of esthetics, including experience with various treatments and techniques.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with social media management and retail sales techniques is an asset.
• Must be comfortable with a variety of aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
