We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using best practices including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, and other components.Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other APIs.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.Maintain documentation related to design, development, and configuration activities.Collaborate with system administrators, stakeholders, and other developers.
