Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
- Assist with bussing tables during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and food preparation techniques
- Excellent upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and management
