Job Overview

Tekarch technology is seeking an enthusiastic and competent Software Tester for our California City location. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your skills and expertise to one of the leading IT Software and Services companies. The selected candidate will have the chance to work on various projects, utilizing a range of skills in a stimulating work environment. This is a paid internship that offers an hourly rate of $25 - $35.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and executing software test plans
• Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups
• Performing both manual and automated testing strategies
• Documenting test results and communicating these back to the team
• Collaborating with the team in order to improve the product's quality

Salary

The salary for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate of $25 - $35. This is dependent on the candidate's level of experience and skill set.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in software testing
• A valid work visa, US citizenship, green card holder, EAD/TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, CPT
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not necessary

Skills

• Proficient in QA/Testing
• Experience in Web Services
• Knowledge of Java
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Selenium, SOAP UI, Python, QTP
• Knowledge in Manual Testing and Unit Testing
• Experience in Automated Testing
