Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business analysis, stakeholder communication, data interpretation, and working with cross-functional teams to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Create clear documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
Support project planning, scoping, and prioritization activities in collaboration with project managers.
Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and assist in change management efforts.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet business needs.
Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
