Retail Sales Associate Jobs in Little House Green Grocery Richmond, VA

The sales associate will ensure prompt, friendly, courteous customer service, accurate sales processing, and smooth store operations during designated shifts.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, consistent, and impeccable customer service by helping customers find products and addressing questions and complaints.
• Checking out customer purchases quickly and accurately, using correct prices.
• Prepping produce, receiving items, stocking shelves, and selling products.
• Opening and closing registers following established procedures.
• Answering and routing phone calls, and taking messages as needed.
• Maintaining the store in clean, orderly condition during shift.
• Positively representing Little House to customers, staff, and vendors.

Required Experience:

• Must be 21 or older
• 1-year minimum related retail or food experience.
• Experience serving the public, handling demands while staying calm.
• An interest in and knowledge of food and dietary trends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
