Cashier Job Description

We are a well-loved Korean restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, known for great food and friendly service. We are currently looking for a responsible and personable cashier to join our front-of-house team. If you’re dependable, friendly, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and handle checkout transactions quickly and accurately
Operate the POS system for dine-in and takeout orders
Answer phone calls and take orders clearly and professionally
Ensure a clean and organized counter and work area
Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times

Requirements:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Night shift availability required (3–4 days/week)
Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments
Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus (Korean, Spanish, etc.)
