Human Resources Manager Jobs in Catalyst Family Inc Irvine, CA

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR Admin or HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with benefits administration and union environments is a strong plus, as the role will primarily involve working with hourly union workers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations.
• Handle workers' compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers as needed.
• Administer leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Oversee time and attendance tracking systems, including addressing discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of HR Admin or HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with benefits administration and union environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
