 We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Caregiver to provide support and companionship to clients in their homes. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for individuals who need help with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility support, including safe transfers and ambulation
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with client needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning) to maintain a healthy home
• Offer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
• Provide meaningful companionship through conversation and engaging activities
• Monitor client well-being and report any health or behavioral changes
• Maintain client privacy and uphold all safety and health standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — we welcome individuals with a passion to care and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting or transferring clients
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
