Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians to provide basic medical care to patients, ensure their comfort and safety, and support overall patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

•Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs and observing physical and emotional conditions.

•Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.

•Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other basic medical procedures.

•Collect samples for laboratory testing (blood, urine, etc.).

•Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition to supervising staff.

•Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) for patients as needed.

•Educate patients and their families on basic health care and medications.

•Assist with patient mobility and rehabilitation exercises.

•Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

•Follow all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

•Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from an accredited nursing program.

•Active LPN license in the state of employment.

•Current CPR/BLS certification.

•Minimum of [1–2] years of nursing experience (preferred, but not always required for entry-level positions).

•Experience in [hospital, clinic, long-term care, home health, etc.] settings is a plus.
