Software Engineer Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications. The role requires more independence, ownership of modules, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with minimal supervision.
Take ownership of specific features or modules from design to deployment.
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure high-quality releases.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
