Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer – AI to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality data infrastructure for AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for AI and machine learning projects.

• Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple sources.

• Collaborate with data scientists to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.

• Implement data quality checks, governance, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Optimize storage and retrieval for large-scale AI/ML workloads.

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools to support AI initiatives.

• Support deployment of machine learning models into production with efficient data pipelines.

• Document processes, workflows, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.

• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink).

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS S3, Redshift, Azure Data Lake, GCP BigQuery).

• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and real-time streaming solutions.

• Understanding of machine learning workflows, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices.

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
