Job Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our team at Tekarch technology. This position is based in Michigan Center, MI. The tester will be responsible for creating and executing automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in software development, quality assurance, and testing methodologies.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour. The final offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of experience in QA / Testing
• Valid work visa, US citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, CPT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ASP .Net and Java programming languages
• Experience with Selenium, SOAP UI, Python, and Automated Testing
• Proficient in Web Services and Manual Testing
• Understanding of Quality Assurance procedures
